What is coaching?

Coaching is a focused, one-on-one partnership built around what you want to do with your life and the part of you that keeps holding back. We work on the space between where you are and where you want to be. That space closes through honest self-awareness, better decisions, and consistent action with someone holding you accountable.

Coaching is not therapy.

A therapist helps you understand your past: the wounds, the patterns, the why behind your wiring. That work is real and important, and for some people it's exactly the work they need. A coach is pointed in the other direction. We focus on your future: what you want, what's in your way right now, and the moves that close the distance.
